I accompany you through the process: checking title documents, reviewing contracts before you sign, and connecting you with trusted notarios and real estate attorneys in the area who have the experience, knowledge and understanding of your specific needs. I am not a notario público and not a licensed attorney. My role is to make sure you understand every document and that the right professionals are doing the formal work.

For owners who want their property looked after, and guests who value personal support.
I manage a small number of short-term rental properties in Puerto Escondido on behalf of their owners, including booking coordination, guest communication and support throughout the stay. Depending on the property and the owner’s needs, this may include managing platforms such as Airbnb, direct bookings, or both. Whenever possible, I personally welcome guests at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and share local recommendations for an enjoyable stay. I also offer selected vacation properties for direct booking, including homes I do not personally manage but offer in collaboration with their owners or property managers - giving guests the option to book directly through me.
